How do I add the widget?

1. Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen until the apps begin to jiggle.
2. Tap Edit in the top corner, then Add Widget (on older iOS versions, tap the + button).
3. Search for PALM, choose the widget, and tap Add Widget.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → PALM → Cancel Subscription. If you cancel before your free week ends, you won't be charged.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you've subscribed before — say, on a new phone or after reinstalling — open the subscription screen in the app and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

What happens if I have no internet?

PALM needs a connection to write a prayer, since each one is written fresh for what you bring. If you're offline, try again once you're connected.
